Resources for Policymakers
Young workers are navigating a very challenging labour market. They are entering workspaces, many of which are yet to review their hybrid working provision and the support they offer to their early career staff. These resources bring together a unique evidence base on the specific challenges and opportunities of hybrid work and discuss hybrid working from a more strategic perspective.
We have shared with you our written evidence to Parliament, which has been cited by the House of Lords Special Committee on Remote and Hybrid Work, as well as our Policy Brief setting out our core recommendations. We also invite you to explore our Employers Toolkit (that can be found in the employers section), which presents our BOND framework and detailed recommendations across four areas of the employee lifecycle. We believe there is significant potential for hybrid working to be integrated into the UK’s Modern Industrial Strategy and linked to the Get Britain Working agenda. If you would like to discuss these documents and the insights from study further, please get in touch via the Contact us tab. If our resources have been helpful to you, please let us know. We would love to hear from you.
