Dr Sylwia Ciuk is an Associate Professor of Organisation Studies at Oxford Brookes University. She has done extensive research on organisational change in multinational organisations as well as in the public sector. Dr Ciuk specialises in organisational change, culture, hybrid work, leadership, inclusion and language diversity at work.  She is the research lead of the ‘Navigating Hybrid Work’ study underpinning this project.

Dr Kay Galpin is an Associate Research at Oxford Brookes University.  Dr Galpin has worked on a variety of complex projects, spanning many sectors and organisations. She is an expert in employee wellbeing, inclusive leadership and organisational change, with a background that combines academic research and senior HR practice. She has worked closely with Dr Ciuk on the ‘Navigating Hybrid Work’ project, in particular on translating the study’s rich insights into practical tools for change.
